Our Mission

At CRISIMO, our goal is to promote innovative HR solutions and employee benefits in Bulgaria, so that the level of employee care matches that of more developed countries, where such perks are a natural part of work life.
The discount program is our first product, but certainly not the last. We believe this is just the beginning of a range of solutions that will make Bulgarian HR more modern, effective, and people-oriented.

“At our previous workplace, we faced a high employee turnover rate, which required urgent action. As managers, we realized that salary alone isn’t enough to retain people — what truly matters is the sense of care and added value that employees feel from their employer.

One of the steps we took was introducing an employee discount program. The team loved the idea, but management pointed out that maintaining such a program required too many resources — from finding partners and negotiating discounts to solving issues when they arose.
